2. To help all the countries in the world, especially the developing countries to establish an efficient global postal code system derived from the Natural Area Coding System;

3. To help all the countries in the world, especially the developing countries to establish an efficient, reliable and low-cost emergency address-dispatching and locating system derived from the Natural Area Coding System;

4. To help all the countries in the world, especially the developing countries to establish an integrated tele-communication address code system derived from the Natural Area Coding System;

5. To help all the countries in the world, especially the developing countries to establish an efficient navigation system derived from the Natural Area Coding System for ordinary people looking for locations and addresses;

6. To use the Natural Area Coding System to unify all map grid systems, all geodetic systems, and all geospatial coordinate systems in the world. This will help the public get rid of all the inconveniences in converting, understanding and using geographic and geospatial information.

7. To do research and development of NAC related techniques and products;

8. To supply NAC related information and techniques to the public;

9. To coordinate the world wide promotion of the Natural Area Coding System;

10. To establish standards for all NAC related systems.
